We do the work differently.

Some organizations run the programming. Others research it and publish the findings. Others show up to document it in photos. Very few do all of it, and even fewer do it from the inside.

We do, because we’ve lived it.

We know what it's like not to see ourselves reflected in a space.

Our Story

Syatt Elevates grew out of nearly two decades of building programs, growing partnerships, and working alongside communities.


We learned what makes a project stick—and what makes it fade—by doing the work ourselves, not studying it from a distance.
